1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SAWA (Smart Attendance Workflow Automation) platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.
2. Eligibility and Account Security
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use SAWA. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, and you must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use SAWA for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading or sharing content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree not to interfere with the operation of the service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
4. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on SAWA, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Sawa Application or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from SAWA without prior written permission from the respective owner.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sawa Application shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of SAWA. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data loss, or any other intangible losses.
